These terms govern selected users who receive free access to evaluate InsReg AI during the private beta.

Regulatory decision-support; product limitations
InsReg AI is software that assists regulatory research and decision-making. Beta results may contain errors, omissions, stale information, incomplete coverage, or experimental behavior. Official and other authoritative sources remain controlling. Users must verify cited sources, assess currentness and applicability, and use independent professional judgment. InsReg AI does not guarantee a user's ultimate legal conclusion, regulatory interpretation, business outcome, or compliance with any legal or regulatory requirement.
No attorney-client or professional-services relationship
Beta access to InsReg AI does not create an attorney-client relationship or any other professional-services engagement with Patton Regulatory Group LLC (PRG) or any PRG professional. Any consulting, legal, regulatory, or other professional services offered by PRG are separate from InsReg AI and require a separate written engagement agreement.
Free beta access
Approved beta access is provided without subscription fees during the stated beta period. Free beta access does not create a right to continued access, renewal, commercial pricing, or future free service. PRG may suspend, revoke, shorten, or decline to renew beta access at any time. Beta access is personal to the approved user unless PRG expressly approves an organization-based grant.
Beta warranty and reliance posture
Free beta access is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. The beta is not a substitute for legal, compliance, regulatory, or other professional review. PRG does not warrant complete source coverage, uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that beta use will produce a particular legal conclusion or ensure compliance.
Permitted use and safeguards
Users must comply with the Beta Acceptable Use Policy. Credentials may not be shared. Users may not scrape or systematically extract the Service or corpus, reverse engineer or circumvent controls, interfere with security or operations, or use the Service or outputs to build a competing regulatory-data or intelligence product except as expressly authorized in writing.
Confidentiality and feedback
Users should not submit customer-confidential, privileged, regulated, or sensitive personal information unless PRG has expressly authorized the workflow and appropriate safeguards are in place. Feedback may be used by PRG to evaluate and improve InsReg AI, provided PRG does not acquire ownership of the user's pre-existing confidential information.
Intellectual-property mitigation
If a beta feature becomes, or PRG reasonably believes is likely to become, the subject of a third-party intellectual-property claim, PRG may suspend, modify, replace, or discontinue the affected feature. PRG does not provide an uncapped intellectual-property indemnity for beta access.
Suspension and termination
PRG may limit, suspend, or revoke beta access to protect the Service, investigate abuse, address security concerns, protect rights holders, respond to third-party requirements, comply with law, manage capacity, or conclude a beta test.
Transition
Any later paid subscription is governed by the then-current commercial Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and other applicable commercial terms accepted at checkout or in a written order. Free beta access is not a commercial subscription.
