This policy defines responsible use expectations for selected free-beta users.

Fair use
The beta is not governed by a published monthly query quota. PRG may apply proportionate technical safeguards, short-burst throttling, temporary holds, or other controls to preserve reliability, security, and equitable access.
Prohibited activity
Users may not scrape, crawl, bulk extract, enumerate endpoints, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization, introduce malicious code, interfere with the Service, use unauthorized automation, or access another user's or organization's information.
No competing dataset construction
Users may not systematically use the beta, its corpus, or its outputs to construct, train, populate, or operate a competing regulatory-data or regulatory-intelligence product except with PRG's written authorization.
Sensitive information
Users should not submit privileged, customer-confidential, regulated, payment-card, health, or other sensitive personal information unless PRG has expressly authorized the workflow and appropriate safeguards are in place.
Security reporting
Suspected vulnerabilities or security incidents involving InsReg AI should be reported promptly to support@pattonrg.com and must not be publicly disclosed before PRG has a reasonable opportunity to investigate and remediate.
Enforcement
PRG may slow, limit, suspend, or revoke beta access while investigating suspected abuse, security risk, unauthorized use, or material violation of these terms.
